Guy C. "Doc" Lamunyon
Your Webmaster was inducted into the US Army at Fort Ord, California. After completing AIT at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, he served as served as a medical corpsman at Fort Knox, Kentucky and then as a field medic with B 1/501 ("Geronimo's Medicine Men"), 101st Airborne Division (Airmobile) in the Republic of Vietnam from Danang to the DMZ during 1971. SP5 Lamunyon was awarded Combat Medical Badge, Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Air Medal, Vietnam Service Ribbon, Vietnam Campaign Ribbon and National Defense Service Ribbon.
